I just spent an hour on the phone with my friend Laura... she just found out her husband has been finding other women on the Internet.

True enough, I tried the Internet thing (gorram blogs), but I wasn't married to anyone and neither was she.

Laura and her husband have a baby. He's not even a year old.

*sigh*

It frustrates me to not be able to take care of people I care about. I know I'm not fucking Superman and it's not my job to save the world. But I hate being helpless when a good friend is hurting. Laura and I have never been anything other than just friends, and I'm not looking for anything else from her. But she deserves better treatment than this.
