Life is pretty okay right now.

I'm more comfortable (though still not completely) in my job lately, so that's good. There really hasn't been much going on there that's particularly noteworthy.

Angela and I had a long and serious talk a couple weeks ago, and we're better off for it. My plans to go see her in January were postponed, and now we're planning on February. I'm looking forward to it. We still have a long way to go, but... it feels right.

My friend Laura has had a rough time lately. Some other friends of hers had moved to Hawaii recently. Not long ago, three of them were found dead on the beach. Apparently, they had swam out too far, drowned, and washed ashore. I feel terrible for her. I called her tonight, and she seems to be coping pretty well.

Hm. Not much else going on that's worth talking about.

A coworker invited me to a Chinese New Year party on Saturday. Don't have anyone to go with, though, so I'm thinking of not going. Blah.
